We see most of our residents once a month, on the first, for less than 5 minutes when you drop off the rent check.
We like this. We like to see you. We enjoy a few minutes of small talk, exchange a funny story, ask about your kids or your job. We like the chance to get to know more than your bank account number.
You, our residents, are the coffee break admidst our maintenance emergencies, contractor negotiations, and massive piles of paperwork. You are the MUCH NEEDED coffee break.
